One-time setup fee. Available with either option, or on its own if you already have a website. You pay the email provider (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) directly, so the email account is always yours.

Website Only if you want to manage the website yourself. The AtomWebLabs Care Plan if you want hosting, updates and support handled for you.

Do I need to buy a domain right away?

No. Your own domain (yourbusiness.com) is recommended, but you can start with yourbusiness.atomweblabs.com and switch later.

Can you set up email with my own domain?

Yes, as an add-on with a one-time setup fee. It is available with either option, or on its own if you already have a website. You pay the email provider directly, so the email account is always yours.
